Toulouse Blagnac Airport has a single two-storey terminal which is separated into two halls, Hall 1 and Hall 2. Furthermore, each hall is divided into an upper level, which serves departures, and a lower level, which serves arrivals.

Budget airlines such as easyJet and larger carriers such as Air France and KLM serve a variety of domestic and international destinations, ranging from major European cities to African and Canadian destinations.

This busy, modern terminal provides all the amenities a traveller needs. Restaurants like L'Horizon and Le Pre Carre complement an array of cafés and bars which serve everything from sandwiches to snacks. Other shops found on the first floor of Departures include a tobacconist, chemist and an outlet selling leather goods. Duty-free shops are found at the Departures lounge on the first floor.

ATMs are conveniently located across the terminal. Arrivals Hall 1 has a bank and currency exchange facilities can be found in Departures Hall 2. Other facilities include a baby-changing room, photocopiers, photo booths and a post office. Internet access is available by Wi-Fi and at dedicated internet terminals. Business travellers will appreciate the business centre (tel: +33 5 6142 4513), which houses a meeting room that can be reserved and equipped to suit your needs, with services provided including fax, photocopy and computer services. The airport's VIP lounges also offer fax and computer facilities. Three travel agencies have kiosks in the terminal to assist passengers with their travel plans.

Toulouse Blagnac Airport is wheelchair accessible, with lowered telephone booths and specially-fitted toilets. Lifts and ramps are provided between the two floors of the terminal. Disabled passengers are advised to contact their airline ahead of time if they need help with their travels.
